The Company’s operations are organized into three principal business segments: Hospitality, which includes its hotel operations; Opry and Attractions, which includes its Nashville attractions and assets related to the Grand Ole Opry, and Corporate and Other, which includes corporate expenses. Hospitality and Opry and Attractions, business segments represented approximately 91.2% and 8.8% of total revenues during the year ended December 31, 2008.
