Description

Gramercy Property Trust Inc., formerly Gramercy Capital Corp., is an integrated, self-managed real estate investment and asset management company. The Company�s principal business is to acquire and manage industrial and office properties, net leased to tenants in major markets throughout the United States. In June 2014, the Company closed the transaction with an affiliate of Garrison Investment Group (Garrison) to acquire Garrison's 50% interest in a joint venture that owns 67 properties aggregating approximately 3.1 million square feet that are approximately 96.5% leased to Bank of America, N.A., through June 2023 (BOA Portfolio). In August 2014, Gramercy Property Trust Inc acquired three industrial properties totaling about 1.5 mln square feet. Effective August 28, 2014, Gramercy Property Trust Inc acquired three undisclosed industrial properties located in Miami, Florida.
