Description

Gramercy Property Trust Inc., formerly Gramercy Capital Corp., is an integrated, self-managed real estate investment and asset management company. The Company�s principal business is to acquire and manage industrial and office properties, net leased to tenants in major markets throughout the United States. It owns, directly or in joint venture, a portfolio of 112 buildings totaling 4.2 million square feet of office and 1.5 million square feet of industrial, net leased on a long-term basis to tenants. In May 2014, it acquired two industrial properties totaling about 295,000 square feet. Effective May 21, 2014, it acquired 3 undisclosed industrial properties. Effective June 3, 2014, it acquired an undisclosed Industrial Facility located in Tampa, Florida. In June 2014, it closed the transaction with an affiliate of Garrison Investment Group (Garrison) to acquire Garrison's 50% interest in a joint venture that owns 67 properties aggregating approximately 3.1 million square feet.
