GasLog Ltd. (GasLog), is an owner, operator and manager of liquefied natural gas (LNG) carriers. The Company is a holding company. It manages business in two segments: vessel ownership and vessel management. The vessel ownership segment pays fees to GasLog LNG Services in connection with own new buildings on order for plan approval and construction supervision services provided by GasLog LNG Services The vessel management segment, operations are carried out through wholly owned subsidiary Gas Log LNG Services.The Company�s six owned ships include the GasLog Savannah, the GasLog Singapore, the GasLog Shanghai, the GasLog Santiago, the GasLog Sydney and the GasLog Skagen. The Company wholly owned subsidiary, GasLog LNG Services, handles the technical management of fleet, including plan approval for new ship orders, supervision of ship construction and planning and supervision of dry dockings.
