GOL Linhas Aereas Inteligentes S.A. (GLAI) is a low-cost, low-fare airline in Brazil, providing frequent service on routes between all of Brazil’s major cities and also to major cities in South America.. As of December 31, 2008, the Company operated a fleet of 106 Boeing 737 aircraft. The Company serves a number of destinations in the Brazilian air passenger transportation market. As of December 31, 2008, the Company offered over 736 daily flights to 59 destinations connecting the most important cities in Brazil as well as the main destinations in Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay and Venezuela.
