As of December 31, 2011, the Company owned and operated 131 franchises, representing 31 brands of automobiles, at 104 dealership locations and 25 collision service centers in the United States of America and 10 franchises at five dealerships and three collision centers in the United Kingdom. Through its operating subsidiaries, it markets and sells a range of automotive products and services, including new and used cars and light trucks; arrange related vehicle financing; service and insurance contracts; provide automotive maintenance and repair services, and sell vehicle part. In December 2012, the Company Rivertown Ford in Columbus, Ga. In January 2013, the Company acquired Shawnee Mission Kia in Overland Park, Kan. In February 2013, the Company acquired four Ford dealerships southwest of London in the United Kingdom. In February 2013, the Company acquired UAB Motors Participacoes S.A.
