General Steel Holdings, Inc., (General Steel) is engaged in Steel production and manufacturing. (Longmen Joint Venture), Maoming Hengda Steel Co., Ltd. (Maoming Hengda) and Tianwu General Steel Material Trading Co., Ltd. (Tianwu Joint Venture).
