Grainger, Inc.(Grainger) is a distributor of maintenance, repair and operating (MRO) supplies and other related products and services used by businesses and institutions primarily in the United States and Canada . The Company operates in two segments: United States and Canada. Other businesses include operations in Europe, Asia, Latin America and other United States operations. Grainger uses a multichannel business model to provide customers with a range of options for finding and purchasing products, utilizing sales representatives, direct marketing materials, catalogs and eCommerce. In 2012,it acquired Techni-Tool, Inc. Effective April 2, 2012, it acquired 100% interest in AnFreixo S.A.
