HEICO Corporation (HEICO) is a manufacturer of Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)-approved jet engine and aircraft component replacement parts, other than the original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and their subcontractors. HEICO is also a manufacturer of various types of electronic equipment for the aviation, defense, space, industrial, medical, telecommunication and electronic industries. The Company operates in two segments: The Flight Support Group (FSG) and the Electronic Technologies Group (ETG). Its FSG, consisting of HEICO Aerospace Holdings Corp. Its ETG, consisting of HEICO Electronic Technologies Corp. and its subsidiaries, accounted for 30% of the Company�s net sales in fiscal 2011. On November 22, 2011, the Company, through its HEICO Electronic subsidiary, acquired Switchcraft, Inc. In April 2012, its subsidiary, Radiant Power Corp., acquired the aerospace assets of Moritz Aerospace, Inc.
