In April 2012, its subsidiary, Radiant Power Corp., acquired the aerospace assets of Moritz Aerospace, Inc. In August 2012, its Flight Support Group acquired 84% of the assets of CSI Aerospace, Inc. In October 2012, the Company�s Flight Support Group acquired 80.1% interest of Action Research Corporation of Greer, SC. In June 2013, the Company acquired Reinhold Industries Inc.
