As of December 31, 2011, Hanger Orthopedic Group, Inc. operates in excess of 700 O&P patient care centers located in 45 states. In October 2012, the Company acquired OrPro, Inc.; Orthotic & Prosthetic Technologies, Inc.; Innovative Prosthetic Care, Inc. and Nordlie Enterprises Inc. dba Premier Medical. In December 2012, it acquired Faith Prosthetic-Orthotic Services, Inc. and SCOPe Orthotics & Prosthetics, Inc.
