Harte-Hanks, Inc. (Harte-Hanks) is a worldwide direct and marketing company that provides direct marketing services and shopper advertising opportunities to a range of local, regional, national and international consumer and business-to-business marketers. The Company manages its operations through two operating segments: Direct Marketing, which operates both nationally and internationally, and Shoppers, which operates in local and regional markets in California and Florida. Harte-Hanks Shoppers is an owner, operator and distributor of shopper publications (based on weekly circulation and revenues). During the year ended December 31, 2011, Direct Marketing segment represented 72% of its total revenues. During 2011, Shoppers segment represented 28% of its total revenues. On December 31, 2012, the Company sold its Florida Shoppers operations.
