(K-Tron), including their wholly owned subsidiaries. Batesville is engaged in the death care products industry, where it designs, manufactures, distributes and sells funeral service products to licensed funeral directors operating licensed funeral homes for more than 100 years. K-Tron designs, produces, markets, and services material handling equipment and systems for a variety of industrial markets, in the plastics, food, chemical, pharmaceutical, power generation, coal mining, pulp and paper, wood and forest products, and biomass energy generation industries. In April 2010, the Company acquired K-Tron. In September 2011, the Company acquired Rotex Global, LLC.
