On February 28, 2011, the Company�s subsidiary, Gerens Hill International, S.A. (Gerens Hill), indirectly acquired 60% interests in Engineering S.A. In June 2013, Hill International Inc acquired Binnington Copeland & Associates (Pty) Ltd.
