Description

Honeywell International Inc. (Honeywell) is a diversified technology and manufacturing company, serving customers worldwide with aerospace products and services, control, sensing and security technologies for buildings, homes and industry, turbochargers, automotive products, specialty chemicals, electronic and advanced materials, process technology for refining and petrochemicals, and energy efficient products and solutions for homes, business and transportation. Honeywell operates four business segments: Aerospace, Automation and Control Solutions, Performance Materials and Technologies, and Transportation Systems. In December 2011, the Company acquired King�s Safetywear Limited (KSW), a provider of branded safety footwear. In August 2011, it completed the acquisition of EMS Technologies, Inc. (EMS). In June 2012, the Company acquired INNCOM. In October 2012, the Company�s UOP business had completed its acquisition of a 70% interest in Thomas Russell Co.
