Description

Huntsman Corporation is a manufacturer of differentiated organic chemical products and of inorganic chemical products. The Company operates its businesses through Huntsman International LLC (Huntsman International). The Company�s products consists a range of chemicals and formulations, which it markets globally to a range of consumer and industrial customers. Its products are used in a range of applications, including those in the adhesives, aerospace, automotive, construction products, durable and non-durable consumer products, electronics, medical, packaging, paints and coatings, power generation, refining, synthetic fiber, textile chemicals and dye industries. The Company operates in five segments: Polyurethanes, Performance Products, Advanced Materials, Textile Effects and Pigments. In July 2012, the Company acquired the remaining interest in Russian joint venture, Huntsman NMG (HNMG).
