Description
Huntsman Corporation is a manufacturer of differentiated organic chemical products and of inorganic chemical products. The Company operates its businesses through Huntsman International LLC (Huntsman International). The Company�s products consists a range of chemicals and formulations, which it markets globally to a range of consumer and industrial customers. Its products are used in a range of applications, including those in the adhesives, aerospace, automotive, construction products, durable and non-durable consumer products, electronics, medical, packaging, paints and coatings, power generation, refining, synthetic fiber, textile chemicals and dye industries. The Company operates in five segments: Polyurethanes, Performance Products, Advanced Materials, Textile Effects and Pigments. In July 2012, the Company acquired the remaining interest in Russian joint venture, Huntsman NMG (HNMG). Effective March 12, 2013, it acquired 20% interest in Nippon Aqua Co Ltd.
