Description

Huntsman Corporation is a manufacturer of differentiated organic chemical products and of inorganic chemical products. The Company operates its businesses through Huntsman International LLC (Huntsman International). The Company�s products consists a range of chemicals and formulations, which it markets globally to a range of consumer and industrial customers. The Company is a global producer in product lines, including methyl diphenyl diisocyanate (MDI), amines, surfactants, epoxy-based polymer formulations, textile chemicals, dyes, maleic anhydride and titanium dioxide. The Company operates in five segments: Polyurethanes, Performance Products, Advanced Materials, Textile Effects and Pigments. In August 2013, it announced that it has completed the acquisition of the business of Oxid L.P. In September 2014, Rockwood Holdings, Inc. sold its Titanium Dioxide Pigments and four other non-strategic businesses to Huntsman Corporation.
