The Company�s luxury brand segment is a premier diamond jeweler and luxury timepiece retailer with salons in key locations, including New York, Paris, London, Beijing, Tokyo and Beverly Hills. The Diavik Joint Venture (the Joint Venture) is an unincorporated joint arrangement between Diavik Diamond Mines Inc. (DDMI) (60%) and Harry Winston Diamond Limited Partnership (HWDLP) (40%) where HWDLP holds an undivided 40% ownership interest in the assets, liabilities and expenses of the Diavik Diamond Mine. On August 25, 2010, Harry Winston Diamond Corporation reacquired from Kinross Gold Corporation (Kinross).
