Industrias Bachoco SAB de CV (Bachoco) is a Mexico-based holding company primarily engaged in the poultry production. The Company�s main product lines include chickens, table eggs, pork, turkey and other poultry-related products. Through its production facilities established in Mexico and the United States, the Company is active in the hatching and breeding of chickens, pigs and turkeys; as well as in the packaging and distribution of its derivative products. As of December 31, 2011, the Company owned such subsidiaries as Bachoco SA de CV, Campi Alimentos SA de CV, Aviser SA de CV, Operadora de Servicios de Personal SA de CV, Secba SA de CV, Sepetec SA de CV and Servicios de Personal Administrativo SA de CV, among others.
