PT Indosat Tbk is an Indonesia-based telecommunication and information service provider. The Company is engaged in provision of cellular prepaid and postpaid services, fixed telecommunication or fixed voice offering including IDD, fixed wireless and fixed phone services, and multimedia, data communication and Internet (MIDI) services. Its cellular services' products are Indosat Mobile, IM3, Indosat Internet, Indosat Senyum, Mentari and Matrix. Its fixed telecommunication services include domestic and international voice over Internet procotol (VoIP) service, international direct dialing, fixed wireless access (FWA) and fixed phone access. As of December 31, 2011, the Company had 11 subsidiaries which are all engaged in finance and telecommunication services.
