Brookfield Global Listed Infrastructure Income Fund Inc. (the Fund) is an organized, non-diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Fund's investment objective is to provide a high level of total return, with an emphasis on income. The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing primarily in securities of publicly traded infrastructure companies. Under normal market conditions, the Fund will invest in at least 80% of its net assets, plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes (Managed Assets), in publicly traded equity securities of infrastructure companies listed on a domestic or foreign exchange, throughout the world, including the United States. Its infrastructure assets include toll roads, bridges and tunnels; airports; seaports, and electricity transmission and distribution lines.
