Inland Real Estate Corporation is a self-managed, real estate investment trust (REIT). The Company owns and operates neighborhood, community, power and single tenant retail centers. As of December 31, 2014, the Company owned interests in 132 investment properties, including 32 owned through its unconsolidated joint ventures, with aggregate leasable space of approximately 15 million square feet. The Company owns interests in investment properties located in the States of Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Minnesota, Nebraska, Ohio and Wisconsin. The Company's Single-User properties include Cub Foods, Disney and Dominick's, among others. Its neighborhood retail centers include 22nd Street Plaza Outlot, Big Lake Town Square and Cliff Lake Centre, among others. Its community centers include Westbury Square, Apache Shoppes and Bohl Farm Marketplace, among others. Its power centers include Baytowne Shoppes/Square, Bradley Commons and Crystal Point, among others.
