In February 2010, it acquired Jordan, Jones and Goulding, Inc. In February 2011, the Company acquired a number of Aker Solutions' operations within its Process and Construction (P&C) business area. In May 2011, it acquired an additional 55% interest in Consulting Engineering Services. In November 2011, it acquired KlingStubbins. In December 2011, the Company acquired Unique World. In July 2012, the Company acquired a majority ownership of DM Petroleum Operations Company (DM).
