Nuveen Floating Rate Income Fund (the Fund) is a closed-end management investment company. The Funds investment objective is to achieve a high level of current income by investing in adjustable rate secured and unsecured senior loans and other debt instruments. The fund invests at least 65% of its managed assets in adjustable rate senior loans that are secured by specific collateral. The Fund invests a portion of its managed assets in senior loans and other debt instruments that are, at the time of investment, rated below investment grade or are unrated but judged to be of comparable quality. The investment advisor of the Fund is Nuveen Asset Management (NAM), a wholly owned subsidiary of Nuveen Investments, Inc. (Nuveen).
