Description

Korn/Ferry International (Korn/Ferry) is a global provider of talent management solutions that help clients to develop, retain and sustain their talent. As of April 30, 2011, it operated through 76 offices in 35 countries. Its clients include public and private companies, middle market and emerging growth companies, as well as government and non-profit organizations. It operates in two global business segments in the recruitment industry: executive recruitment and Futurestep. Talent management solutions offered by Korn/Ferry, include executive recruitment leadership and talent consulting and talent acquisition solutions. Executive recruitment, its largest business, focuses on recruiting board-level, chief executive and other senior executive positions for clients predominantly in the consumer, financial services, industrial, life sciences and technology industries. In September 2012, it acquired Global Novations, LLC. In January 2013, it acquired Minneapolis based PDI Ninth House.
