On July 12, 2011, the Company acquired the remaining 60% interest in Tecniquimia Mexicana, S.A. de C.V. On October 3, 2011, the Company acquired G.W. Smith & Sons, Inc. In July 2012, the Company acquired NP Coil Dexter Industries S.r.l.
