In May 2012, it acquired Jerry Chambers Chevrolet Cadillac in Bellingham, Washington. In August 2012, the Company acquired Connell Chevrolet in Killeen, Texas. In October 2012, the Company acquired Bitterroot Toyota in Missoula, Montana.
