Lentuo International Inc. is an automobile retailer in Beijing. As of December 31, 2010, the Company operated six franchise dealerships, 10 automobile showrooms, one automobile repair shop and one car leasing company in the Beijing metropolitan area. In June 2011, the Company opened a FAW-Volkswagen dealership in Beijing. In November 2011, the Company acquired 50% interest in Toyota dealership, in Zhejiang Province, People's Republic of China.
