Magna International Inc. (Magna) is a diversified global automotive supplier. In November 2011, it acquired ThyssenKrupp Automotive Systems Industrial do Brasil Ltda. In November 2012, its Magna Powertrain operating unit had completed the transaction to acquire ixetic Verwaltungs GmbH (ixetic).
