Description

Miller Industries, Inc. (Miller Industries) is the manufacturer of vehicle towing and recovery equipment. The Company has offices in Ooltewah, Tennessee, domestic manufacturing operations in Tennessee and Pennsylvania, and foreign manufacturing operations in France and the United Kingdom. It offers a range of towing and recovery equipment products. The Company manufactures the bodies of wreckers and car carriers, which are installed on truck chassis manufactured by third parties. Miller Industries purchases the truck chassis for resale to its customers. It also manufactures a line of transport trailers. Its products primarily are sold through independent distributors that serve all 50 states, Canada and Mexico, and other foreign markets, including Europe, the Pacific Rim, the Middle East, South America and Africa, and through prime contractors to governmental entities. The Company has ownership of Jige in France and Boniface in the United Kingdom.
