At January 28, 2012, the Company operated 1,166 retail stores, with 1,049 stores in the United States and 117 stores in Canada. Its the United States retail stores are operated under the brand names of Men�s Wearhouse (607 stores), Men�s Wearhouse and Tux (343 stores) and K&G (99 stores) in 49 states and the District of Columbia. Its Canadian stores are operated under the brand name of Moores Clothing for Men in 10 provinces. The Company also conducts retail dry cleaning and laundry operations through MW Cleaners in the Houston, Texas area. The Company operates in two segments: retail and corporate apparel. During the fiscal year ended January 28, 2012 (fiscal 2011), the Company opened 1,192 and closed 25 stores.
