Description

MaxLinear, Inc. is a provider of integrated radio-frequency (RF) analog and mixed-signal semiconductor solutions for broadband communications applications. The Company’s RF receiver products capture and process digital and analog broadband signals to be decoded for various applications. These products include both RF receivers and RF receiver systems-on-chip (SoCs), which incorporate its integrated radio system architecture and the functionality necessary to demodulate broadband signals. Its products enable the display of broadband video content in a wide range of electronic devices, including cable and terrestrial and satellite set top boxes, DOCSIS data and voice gateways, and hybrid analog and digital televisions. It sells its products to original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), module makers and original design manufacturers (ODMs). The Company has sold its products to more than 120 end customers.
