The Company�s direct business offers products to consumers through television advertising, catalogs and the Internet. Its retail business offers products through a network of independent retail companies with stores and Websites located in the United States and Canada. Its products are sold under some of the recognized brand names in the fitness industry, including Nautilus, Bowflex, Schwinn Fitness (Schwinn) and Universal. In its direct business, the Company markets and sells its products, principally Bowflex cardio and strength products, directly to consumers.
