Description

Navios Maritime Holdings Inc. (Navios Holdings), is a global, vertically integrated seaborne shipping and logistics company focused on the transport and transshipment of drybulk commodities, including iron ore, coal and grain. The Company operates in two segments: Drybulk Vessel Operations and Logistics Business. The Drybulk Vessel Operations business consists of the transportation and handling of bulk cargoes through the ownership, operation, and trading of vessels, freight, and forward freight agreements (FFAs). The Logistics Business segment consists of its port terminal business, barge business and cabotage business in the Hidrovia region of South America. Navios Holdings measures segment performance based on net income. The Company�s Navios Partners� fleet is comprised of 14 Panamax vessels, eight Capesize vessels, three Ultra-Handymax vessels and five Container vessels.
