The Company's segments include North American Retail Division and North American Business Solutions Division. It operates under the Office Depot and OfficeMax brands, and utilizes other Company and product brand names, including Grand & Toy in Canada. It offers its products under various labels, such as Foray, Ativa, TUL, Realspace, WorkPro, Brenton Studio, Highmark and Viking Office Products.
