The services provided by the Company include advertising, brand consultancy, corporate social responsibility consulting, data analytics, entertainment marketing, healthcare communications and promotional marketing. In May 2012, the Company acquired communications agency adam&eve. In June 2012, Asia Digital Holdings plc disposed of certain DGM Singapore Assets to Flow Digital Pte Limited (Flow), a subsidiary of Omnicom.
