It holds key position in market categories, which have been built through its products, customized product solutions, technical , well-established distribution channels, recognized brands and long-standing customer relationships. In March 2012, the Company sold its United Kingdom-based Muraspec commercial wallcovering business to affiliates of a2e Venture Catalysts Limited, and its principal Amin Amiri based in Manchester, United Kingdom.
