Its system solutions are able to process a range of payment types. In June 2011, it acquired Destiny Electronic Commerce (Pty) Ltd. In August 2011, the Company acquired Hypercom Corporation. On November 1, 2011, it acquired Global Bay Mobile Technologies. In June 2013, Verifone Systems Inc acquired Eftpos New Zealand Ltd.
