Description

Public Service Enterprise Group Incorporated (PSEG) is a holding company. The Company�s operations are in the Northeastern and Mid Atlantic United States and in other select markets. PSEG conducts its business through three direct wholly owned subsidiaries: PSEG Power LLC (Power), Public Service Electric and Gas Company (PSE&G) and PSEG Energy Holdings L.L.C. (Energy Holdings). It is an energy company with a diversified business mix. Its other wholly owned subsidiary, PSEG Services Corporation (Services), provides the Company and these operating subsidiaries with certain management, administrative and general services. The Company owns approximately 13,060 megawatts of generation capacity located in the Northeast and Mid Atlantic regions of the United States. During the year ended December 31, 2011, it sold its two 1,000 megawatt combined-cycle generating facilities in Texas. In January 2012, Energy Holdings acquired an additional 25 megawatt solar.
