Pike Electric Corporation (Pike) provides energy solutions for investor-owned, municipal and co-operative utilities in the United States. The Company�s services include siting, permitting, engineering, design, installation, maintenance and repair of power delivery systems, including renewable energy projects. On June 30, 2010, it completed the acquisition of Klondyke Construction LLC (Klondyke), which provides construction and maintenance services associated with electric substation, transmission and distribution infrastructure. Klondyke also constructs renewable energy generation facilities. In August 2011, the Company acquired Pine Valley Power, Inc. In July 2012, the Company acquired Synergetic Design Holdings, Inc. and its wholly owned subsidiary, UC Synergetic, Inc.
