Description

Parker Drilling Company (Parker) is a provider of contract drilling and drilling-related services operating in 11 countries. The Company has operated in over 50 foreign countries and the United States. During the year ended December 31, 2011, Parker�s revenues were derived from six segments: Rental Tools, U.S. Barge Drilling, U.S. Drilling, International Drilling, Technical Services and Construction Contract. Parker's international fleet includes 25 land rigs and two barge rigs. Parker's project management business includes multiple contracts for the design, construction or operation of customer-owned rigs, including operation of an extended-reach-drilling land rigs (also designed and built by Parker) and an offshore drilling platform.
