The Company operates in Europe, North America, Asia and Pacific, Middle East and Africa through subsidiaries, such as: Arachnid, Publicis Groupe Investments BV, Publicis Holdings BV, among others. As of December 7, 2012, it announced the acquisition of two different agencies in India: iStrat and MarketGate. In March 2013, it acquired Convonix and the entire share capital of LBI International NV.
