It operates in three segments: electric power infrastructure services, natural gas and pipeline infrastructure services and fiber optic licensing and other. On December 3, 2012, Quanta�s domestic telecommunications infrastructure services operations and related subsidiaries were sold to Dycom Industries, Inc.
