Pzena Investment Management, LLC is an investment management firm. The Company�s global client base includes institutional investors, high-net-worth individuals and third-party distributed mutual funds for which the Company acts as sub-investment adviser. As of December 31, 2011, the Company managed assets in 12 investment strategies across a range of market capitalizations in both the United States and non-United States capital markets. As of December 31, 2011, the Company had a 23-member investment team. The Company�s United States strategies include Large Cap Value, Value Service, Small Cap Value and other United States strategies. The Non-United States strategies include EAFE Value, Global Diversified Value, European Value and Emerging Markets Value.
