Rackspace Hosting, Inc., is the open cloud company. The Company offers a diverse portfolio of cloud computing services, including public, dedicated and private cloud, and hybrid hosting. The Company is a global company, selling its services to business customers in more than 120 countries. The Company also has operations located in multiple cities across the United States, as well as in London, Amsterdam, Zurich, Hong Kong, and Sydney. As of December 31, 2012, it served more than 200,000 business customers, and managed more than 90,000 servers and 3.1 million email accounts. The Company�s Fanatical Support is designed to generate customer experience and is incorporated into all aspects of its hosting services. Effective March 28, 2013, the Company acquired Exceptional Cloud Services.
