Core Strategic segment includes High Performance Foams, Printed Circuit Materials, Power Electronics Solutions, Curamik Electronics Solutions and Power Distribution Systems. Its other segment consists of elastomer rollers, floats and non-woven composite materials products, as well as its inverter distribution activities. On January 4, 2011, the Company acquired Curamik Electronics GmbH (Curamik), a manufacturer of power electronic substrate products. During the year ended December 31, 2011, the Company discontinued its Thermal Management Solutions operating segment. .
