Reliance Steel & Aluminum Co. (Reliance) is a metals service center company in North America (the United States and Canada). The Company�s network of metals service centers operates more than 220 locations in 38 states, Belgium, Canada, China, Malaysia, Mexico, Singapore, South Korea, the United Arab Emirates and the United Kingdom. Through this network, the Company provides metals processing services and distributes a range of more than 100,000 metal products, including alloy, aluminum, brass, copper, carbon steel, stainless steel, titanium and specialty steel products, to approximately 125,000 customers in a range of industries. Many of its metals service centers process and distribute only specialty metals. In July 2012, the Company, through its subsidiary Bralco Metals (Australia) Pty Ltd, acquired substantially all of the assets of Airport Metals (Australia) Pty Ltd, a subsidiary of Samuel Son & Co., Limited.
