Description

RTI International Metals, Inc. (RTI) is a producer and global supplier of advanced titanium mill products, and a manufacturer of fabricated titanium and specialty metal components for the national and international aerospace, defense, energy, and industrial and consumer markets. The Company operates in three segments: the Titanium Group, the Fabrication Group and the Distribution Group. The Titanium Group�s products consist of titanium mill products and ferro titanium alloys. The Fabrication Group consists of companies with hard-metal that fabricate, machine, and assemble titanium and other specialty metal parts and components. The Distribution Group stocks, distributes, finishes, cuts-to-size, and facilitates just-in-time delivery services of titanium, steel, and other specialty metal products, primarily nickel-based specialty alloys. In May 2013, RTI International Metals Inc closed the sale of Pierce-Spafford Metals Company, Inc. to Titanium Industries Inc.
