The Company provides design and electronic manufacturing services, which include a range of engineering, pre-manufacturing and post-manufacturing services on a contract basis. Its capabilities range from product design and development through aftermarket support. The Company’s products and services include complete device manufacturing products for original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), microprocessor-based systems, transducers, printed circuit boards and assemblies, sensors and electromechanical devices for the medical/scientific instrumentation, government, aerospace, and other industries, as well as engineering services relating to these product sales. The Company also designs and manufactures sonobuoys, anti-submarine warfare (ASW) devices, used by the United States Navy and other free-world countries.
